As Office Manager, Stacy Keppler is the organizational backbone of Outdoor Spaces, ensuring projects, finances, and client communications run smoothly from first inquiry through completion. With a strong background in business, public administration, and accounting, Stacy brings structure, clarity, and consistency to the day-to-day operations of the company.

Stacy has spent most of her life in Northern Virginia and brings a broad educational foundation to her role. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from University of South Florida, a Master’s degree in Public Administration from University of Central Florida, and later earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Strayer University. This diverse academic background allows her to confidently manage both client-facing communication and the financial systems that support the business.

Since joining Outdoor Spaces in 2018, Stacy has served as the primary point of contact for clients during the inquiry and onboarding process. She helps guide new clients through what to expect when starting a project, connects them with the designer best suited to their goals, and ensures clear communication from the very beginning. In addition, Stacy manages invoicing and payments for clients and subcontractors and keeps the company’s financial records accurate and up to date.

What Stacy enjoys most is making those initial connections with clients and helping set projects up for success before design even begins. A self-described “numbers person,” she also loves the accounting side of her role and takes pride in keeping everything running efficiently behind the scenes. She values working with a creative, design-driven team and appreciates the balance that comes from blending her structured approach with their artistic thinking.

Outside of work, Stacy lives in Hamilton, Virginia with her husband and three children. Much of her free time is spent cheering on kids at Taekwondo and dance activities, but she also enjoys hiking, skiing, and traveling whenever possible. Though she’s lived in several parts of the country, Stacy is proudly a “Virginia girl at heart”.
